Refund policy

Because Buddy Cleaning provides a service rather than a physical product, this policy covers cancellations, rescheduling, and service-quality concerns rather than product returns.

1. Cancelling Before Service

  • Cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled service: Full refund (if paid in advance) or no charge.
  • Cancel between 3 and 24 hours before your scheduled service: A cancellation fee of Rs. 250 may apply to cover technician scheduling.
  • Cancel less than 3 hours before your scheduled service, or a no-show at the scheduled time: No refund on any advance payment made; a re-booking will require a new order.

2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking at no charge if you contact us at least 3 hours before your scheduled service, via WhatsApp or phone.

3. If We Cancel or Are Unable to Arrive
If Buddy Cleaning cancels your booking, or our team is unable to arrive at the confirmed time, you will receive a full refund of any advance payment, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Service Quality Concerns
If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service via WhatsApp, phone, or email, with a description (and photos, if applicable) of the issue. We will review each case individually and may offer:

  • A free re-service for the affected area, or
  • A partial or full refund of the service charge, depending on the nature of the issue.

5. What Is Not Covered

  • Issues arising from pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or conditions not disclosed to us before the service.
  • Requests made more than 24 hours after service completion.
  • Results outside the scope of what's listed under "What's Included" for the specific service booked.

6. Refund Method and Timeline
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method (bank transfer) within 7–10 business days, or issued as a credit toward a future booking at the customer's preference.
