These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Buddy Cleaning (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED website (buddycleaning.pk) and the booking of cleaning services offered by Buddy Cleaning ("Buddy Cleaning," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or using this website, you ("Customer," "you") agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are
Buddy Cleaning (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED is a registered company operating in Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan. Unlike marketplace platforms that connect customers to independent contractors, Buddy Cleaning directly employs and trains the technicians who deliver your service. We are directly responsible for the service you receive.

2. Services and Service Area
We currently provide Solar Panel Cleaning, Water Tank Cleaning, Sofa Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Mattress Cleaning, Curtain Cleaning, Chair Cleaning, Bathroom Cleaning, Kitchen Cleaning, Vacant Home Deep Cleaning, Furnished Home Deep Cleaning, and Post-Construction Cleaning. Our services are currently available in Bahawalpur only. While our website checkout may not automatically block orders from outside this area, we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order we are unable to fulfil due to location.

3. Booking and Confirmation
Placing an order on this website is a request for service, not an automatic guarantee of a scheduled time. All bookings are confirmed by our team via phone call or WhatsApp following your order. Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is correct and reachable.

4. Pricing
Prices shown on the website are for the specific service, size, or variant selected at the time of booking. Where a service requires inspection or does not have a fixed price on the website, a custom quotation will be provided before the service is confirmed.

5. Payment
We currently accept:

  • Pay After Service - payable in cash once the service is completed.
  • Bank Transfer (in advance) - payable to our Meezan Bank account to confirm your booking prior to the service.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please ensure someone is present at the service location at the confirmed time.
  • Please provide access to water and a power outlet where required for the service (specified on the relevant service page).
  • Please remove or securely store valuables and fragile items before our team arrives, as set out in our service-specific disclaimers.
  • Please inform us in advance of any pets, access restrictions, or property conditions relevant to the service.

7. Our Responsibilities
Our technicians are trained and will carry out the service described on the relevant service page. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability
While our team takes reasonable care, Buddy Cleaning's liability for any loss or damage arising from a service is limited to the value of the service fee paid for that specific booking, except in cases of proven negligence or wilful misconduct by our staff. Buddy Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues arising from a customer's failure to disclose relevant property conditions in advance.

10. Force Majeure
Buddy Cleaning is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, civil unrest, government restrictions, or utility failures.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bahawalpur, Punjab.
